Investigations into fronting and other B-BBEE offences can be done very rapidly due to our proprietary methodology combined with the expertise of our team which includes senior legal professionals. This can be done in individual instances of wrongdoing or with a group of entities or individuals.
Scan
The system can scan a database of suppliers or companies and produce a report on the level of substantive compliance with B-BBEE among suppliers. This gives clients a broad overview which they can use in their annual report on compliance with B-BBEE. This is especially valuable for public entities and listed companies who are obliged to file annual B-BBEE compliance reports on compliance in terms of the B-BBEE Act.
Pre-emptive Audit
The system can speedily conduct an audit on a group of entities for example in instances of tenders where there is a shortlist. In some instances, and if required by a client, periodic follow up audits can be done, once tenders are awarded to check compliance with undertakings.Clients have 24 hour access to reports. At a glance they can therefore have access to crucial data on supplier compliance, giving them peace of mind.
